Soft focus

Today was a productive day, in which I accomplished most everything that was
on the to-do list.

Funny thing now is, despite the fairly leisurely pace by which we did
things, I feel tired. An achy kind of tired, like before you get the flu.
Not to worry, since this is usually a side-effect of spending a day out at
the mall, doing all that one can possibly accomplish. I'll take something
for it before I go to sleep - if I remember to do so, that is. I get easily
distracted at the moment.

Right now, I'm nursing a cup of warm fresh-brewed decaf. Since I arrived
home, I have:
- helped put away the groceries
- set up the new kitchen toolbox
- cleaned out kitchen drawer
- had dinner
- fed the cats
- watched TV with parents after dinner
- mediated feline arguments
- stripped the bed of its sheet, with hubby's help, after Budi-cat threw up
on it
- felt achy and moody and teary, which may have something to do with my
cycle; at midpoint I am usually way out there
- done trouble-shooting for hubby's strange network connections, I just
don't know

Tomorrow, the main to-do is Ma's laundry. That means I can launder the
stuff that got soiled by Budi's tummy upset.

Today, I managed to do the following:
- refilled Ramon's prescriptions
- paid a credit card bill
- had lunch at Max's (with hubby, of course)
- bought a toolbox, flat and Philips screwdrivers and a long-nose pliers at
Ace Hardware
- bought the items on the grocery list, plus salad fixings

And that was that, pretty much. Don't feel like going into much detail in
the mood I'm in, but I did want to get stuff down, just so I have something
to remember the day by.
