• 13:51 learning how to use dpns=double pointed (knitting) needles. hopefully a sock (maybe a pair!) will emerge from this.
• 15:33 dammit. McDo Greenbelt drive thru gave me ONE apple pie when I ordered AND PAID for TWO. didn't check bag since i wanted to get home asap.
• 15:35 moral: never do drive-thru when hungry. and always check the demmed bag, never mind who's behind me.
• 16:31 my first sock is now in progress. dpns knitting not as bad as it looks, though it will take getting used to.
